30-Day Return Window
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Returned with all tags and labels attached.
Please note that items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Before sending any items back, you must first contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 860-206-6339. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Package Your Item: Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and include any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you haven’t received a refund yet after this period, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
